Grass Finished Beef:
At the moment we have a limited range of grassfed beef available. Our prices are comparable to other locally grown beef. Our beef comes from the offspring of our two Jersey milk cows, and so is usually part Jersey and part Black Angus. This flavor is delicious. Our next beef animal is growing, and we have a butcher date in June 2021, so our full range of grassfed beef will be available again then.

Because we are only a small family farm, we only butcher one animal at a time, so things sell out. If you have a favorite cut, it is best to stock up when it is available and put it in your freezer so you have it !
Non GMO,milk fed pork:
The pigs we raise are fed Non GMO feed, and they forage. They also get the extra milk and whey from our Jersey cows, which makes their pork unique and delicious.

Sausage flavors include: Breakfast Sausage (medium), Chorizo: Sweet and spicy, Hot Italian: Great for meatballs or subs, Bratwurst: mild flavoured and tasty!
Other pork products include plain Ground Pork, Spare Ribs, Pork Chops, Ham Roasts/ Boston Butt/ Shoulder roast, Tenderloin, and Pork fat for making lard.
Pastured Navajo Churro Lamb
Our pastured Navajo Churro sheep range through the fields, grazing and and browsing a variety of vegetation. They get some organic grain to make them more friendly, plus sea salt, kelp and New Country Organics sheep minerals.
The Navajo Churro is a rare breed that we are helping to promote, and create a demand for their meat and fiber. The meat is recommended by “Slow Food”.
